How long does each deal last?
A different deal is posted everyday, Monday through Saturday. Quantities are limited and products sell fast. When the deal of the day is gone – it’s gone.

Can I purchase more than one Deal per day?
Yes, but each Deal must be placed as a separate order.

Do you combine shipping?
Sorry. We do not combine shipping charges. $4.99 shipping applies to each order.

Who do you use to ship your products?
We ship all packages with USPS.

How long before my order will ship?
Orders are boxed and shipped the same day as purchased or the next business day.

Do you allow products to be returned?
Yes, but only those products that have a manufacturer’s defect.

You can email us. Customer service is very important to us. You will receive a response the same day if your email is sent before 3:00pm EST, Monday through Saturday. All emails sent after 3:00pm EST, will be answered the following business day.

How much am I saving by purchasing by products in your online store?
The products in my store are discount 25-80% below retail.

Where do you ship packages?
We ship packages in the continental US only. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

How can I pay for my purchase?
All payments are made through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or you can use a major credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.

What if my package has been damaged in shipment by the USPS?
Flowers To Flourishes is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost by the USPS during shipment. Any claims for damage should be directed to them. You should retain all packaging and document all damage before opening. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge if you would like to purchase it.
